Chiropractic was established as a healing modality in 1895 by D.D. Palmer. Over 700 different chiropractic techniques exist and every chiropractor uses their own special blend of skills and tools to help balance the nervous systems of their patients. In addition to the manual adjustments to the musculoskeletal system, chiropractic practice has included exercise, posture correction, hot/cold treatments, massage, hygiene and nutrition since the early 1900s. Chiropractic is not part of the medical healthcare system. Chiropractors, like dentists and podiatrists, are considered “portal of entry providers”; meaning they provide a specialized health service without the need of a referral from another provider. Patients seek chiropractic care for conditions such as neck & back pain, sciatica, headaches, scoliosis, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, sprain/strain injuries, whiplash injuries, slip-and-fall injuries, frozen shoulder, TMJ pain, arthritis and poor posture. Chiropractic offers more than just rehabilitation from injury, with management and wellness options to keep patients healthy throughout their many stages of life.

Yoga Therapy focuses on proper body mechanics and posture to correct patterns of tension and dysfunction. Yoga is considered “the science of breath”. Deep breathing is first and foremost our most important physical-mental-emotional movement. To choose to take a deep breath is to choose life. Specific body postures (Asanas, Mudras), intentional breathing and guided meditation are yogic tools which promote balance, stability and mobility of mind & body for improved health and overall wellness. Observe the natural movements of young children and the animal world: they stretch and strengthen their bodies in response to emotional stimuli. We hope to teach Yoga as more than an exercise class. We hope that you integrate our teachings as part of your daily routine in order to “YOGA” your way through life. -Namaste- (the Love Light in me recognizes the Love Light in you)

Welcome to ZENspire Halotherapy, featuring two options for dry salt inhalation therapy. In the “Cave of the Candles” 1-4 persons can enjoy the multi sensory environment of the HaloIR. The HaloIR features deep-penetrating infrared heat, dry salt therapy (halotherapy), Bluetooth surround sound, LED mood-enhancing lights and optional aromatherapy (we use Young Living Oils). The HaloIR is ADA-compliant, meaning it can accommodate a full-size wheelchair. A guest may choose to remove the benches to practice yoga or stretching. The HaloIR has plenty of leg room to accommodate 2 taller guests. The glass front and side panels give an open feel for those who otherwise feel anxious in smaller spaces. The versatility of the HaloIR makes it a great therapy option for EVERY body. The “Zen Salt Cave” is cozy enough for 1, but can accommodate a group up to 5. In addition, the Cave can be transformed into a massage room for 1-2 persons. The cave is a cooler environment (68-75F) than the HaloIR. Heated salt domes and heated blankets are available to warm guests while they relax. The Cave features a custom surround sound experience which will WOW any audiophile. Connect by Bluetooth to play music of your choice or enjoy our selection of healing frequencies which will bathe you in an ocean of sound. Wiggle your toes in the sparkling white sands or entertain yourself by creating a Zen garden.
